Currently, we accept all major credit cards, paypal, personal checks and cashiers checks. * You don't need to have a paypal account to pay with plastic so don't hesitate to charge away! How are items shipped? All orders are professionally packed and shipped within 10 days of receipt of order. All orders are shipped certified and insured mail. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of shipping service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control SKALA-DESIGNS. Please contact us for shipping charges outside of the continental United States. How do I maintain jewelry? Keep your jewelry in an air tight container as it will help slow the tarnishing of the sterling silver and other metals. Lay your jewelry flat or hang it to avoid kinks and knots in the chain. Put your jewelry on after applying your make-up, hair products and perfume. The antique and hand made elements in your jewelry are very delicate and can be easily damaged by chemicals in your beauty products. Take your jewelry off first, and then remove your clothing. Your jewelry can get caught on fabrics and break; delicate fabrics can also be snagged by your jewelry. Clean your jewelry with a soft jewelry safe cloth. Run the cloth over your jewelry very delicately to remove body oils. Heavy-duty jewelry cleaners may damage the antique and handmade elements. Take your jewelry off before you exercise, shower, bathe, nap or sleep. What is the Return and Exchange Policy? Please choose your jewelry carefully, as all sales are final. How do I repair my jewelry? We take pride in our work and will gladly make repairs to your jewelry free of charge within the first 30 days. Please keep in mind that each piece of jewelry is limited edition or one of a kind so materials used in repairs may vary slightly from the original piece. May I custom order? We would love to collaborate with you on a custom piece or pieces! We will do our best to accommodate your needs subject to the availability of our materials. Give us as much information as you can about your custom order, such as the occasion, the garment the jewelry will compliment, colors and/or shapes you prefer, and the date when the piece is needed.
